Represented a freestanding emergency room in a large, multi-party litigation matter involving fees that a third-party vendor charged for medical equipment that my Client alleged was defective. After several years of complex litigation, we entered into a favorable settlement for my Client after establishing the equipment was defective prior to delivery.

Represented a large Hospital in a lawsuit brought by a linen service provider alleging the Hospital had improperly terminated its service agreement.

Represented an alarm service company in a commercial dispute with a telecommunications provider regarding the provider improperly transferred phone lines to my Client’s facility.

Represented a large homeowner’s association in several vendor disputes regarding the termination of contracts which were executed immediately prior to the election of the incoming board.
